PREMIER LEAGUE winner Danny Simpson will be taking to the field again this weekend – but not on a football field.
The 37-year-old, a former Manchester United and Newcastle United right-back who won football’s top prize with Leicester City in 2016, is set to make his boxing debut.
Simpson will take on social media influencer Danny Aarons on the Misfits 17 card, which was originally set to be headlined by KSI.
KSI was scheduled to face Anthony Taylor and Slim in a two-on-one handicap match.
But the entertainment giant will now present a mini-concert, combining a bill of seven fights with musical performances.
