Daniel Dubois has warned that Anthony Joshua has become “unbeatable” under the guidance of his new coaching team.
Joshua will challenge for Dubois’ IBF title at Wembley on September 21 in what will be his fourth fight with his trainer Ben Davison.
He has two brutal knockout wins, over 33-year-old Otto Wallin in March and more recently over 37-year-old former UFC champion Francis Ngannou.
Promoter Eddie Hearn believes Joshua is back to his best form.
Hearn told Sky Sports“When he fully understands the gameplan and when he fully practices, I think he’s unbeatable. And that’s how we feel right now.”
FORMER super-middleweight world champion Billy Joe Saunders has got the inside scoop on Joshua in training – and was stunned.
Saunders said BoxNation“I recently saw AJ training up close at the Ben Davison camp, I go and watch there sometimes.
“And looking at AJ, I feel like he has got a new life. It’s like he’s born again, he’s believing.
“In my opinion, he would be a very dangerous opponent for anyone in the heavyweight division.
“It was scary to watch him hit a right hand up close, scary power, it was like a car hitting a wall at 100 mph. He was hitting the pads so hard.”

Saunders, who also credits Dubois’ improvement under veteran cornerman Don Charles, doesn’t think the fight will last.
He added: “Somebody is going to be singled out, it certainly won’t go far, somebody is definitely going to be singled out.”
“With all due respect to Dubois, he’s a dangerous player, he makes mistakes and he’s not hard to beat,” Hearn said.
“The qualities he has – he’s very strong and can punch and he’s a problem physically. But he makes a lot of mistakes.
“I think the momentum from AJ’s great win will carry him into 2025, which funnily enough could be the defining moment of his career.”
