Anthony Joshua has been moulded into a devastating knockout machine under trainer Ben Davison.
Joshua joined the young coach’s Harlow gym last December and then defeated Otto Wallin in six rounds.
He then brutally knocked out Francis Ngannou in March, while just five months earlier the MMA star defeated Tyson Fury in a controversial decision.
Joshua, 34, will challenge for Daniel Dubois’ IBF title in his third fight under Davison at Wembley on Saturday.
And former champion David Haye believes AJ is back to his destructive best – or maybe even better.
he told William Hill’s forward forward Simon Jordan“It wasn’t until he started working with Ben Davison that he really adapted his style to his strengths.
“Now he has certain pre-determined punch sequences that are absolutely devastating, he just waits for the right moment until he needs to pull the trigger – then people go to sleep.
“AJ is a better fighter now having lost those two fights than he would have been had he won – he’s learned from his mistakes.
“The new Anthony Joshua would blow the old Anthony Joshua to smithereens in one round, fair and square.
“Everything is strategic and programmed now, and that’s the Ben Davison effect.
Joshua vs Dubois fight predictions

This weekend will see one of the greatest British battles ever staged at Wembley.
But who will emerge victorious under the leadership of this famous boxer? Some of boxing’s biggest names have had their say…

Oleksandr Usyk“My favourite is Anthony Joshua, but I’m really bad at making predictions. But I would predict Anthony Joshua.”
Dillion Whyte“I think it’s one of those fights where it’s really a 50/50 fight in my opinion.”
Joe Joyce: “I was initially going with Joshua but I don’t know, Dubois is coming forward.”
Frazer Clarke“As powerful as Dubois is and as good a fighter as he’s becoming, I’d still have to go for Joshua.”
Francis Ngannou: “Even though Joshua lost twice against Usyk and Dubois fought Usyk and almost knocked him out and almost won, I would still give this award to Joshua.”

“He’s beginning to understand his powers and put them into action.”
The 27-year-old Dubois came up with a come-from-behind win over 32-year-old Filip Hrgović for the belt.
He landed consecutive right hands to stop Hrgović through the eight round.
But Haye warned Dubois won’t get the chance to turn the tide like that against the in-form AJ.
He added: “If the version of Daniel Dubois who fought Filip Hrgovic comes up against AJ on Saturday, who fought with the right hands all night, I think he’ll have a really tough time.
“He has a great chin though, no one can question that.”
