Donald Trump is set to open a new golf course in Aberdeenshire next year.
The 78-year-old former US president received planning permission for the project in 2020.
After working with son Eric in the intervening period, builders laid the groundwork for Trump’s new course last year.
It will be located at the existing Trump International resort in Menie, about 10 miles north of Aberdeen.
The new 18-hole project is set to be located next to Triumph’s original course built in 2012.
It will be named McLeod Course, in honor of the maiden name of Trump’s late mother, Mary Anne, who was born in Scotland before moving to New York.
Trump’s son Eric has given some big statements on the new project.
The 40-year-old businessman claims that along with the original, the MacLeod course will create “the greatest 36 holes in golf”.
A series of stunning images of the Macleod site have been released.
Sarah Malone, executive vice president of Trump International Scotland, highlighted the progress made so far.

When plans for the new course were confirmed, Aberdeenshire Council received a number of complaints from local residents regarding the project.
Despite complaints from local people, Aberdeenshire Council chiefs gave the project the go-ahead.
Despite the opposition, Trump International is bullish on the sustainability of the project.
He claimed it to be one of the “most environmentally friendly and sustainable” courses ever built.
Plans for the resort initially included a 450-bedroom hotel on the site.
But as things stand, his accommodation is limited to only 21 rooms and one lodge.
