ANTHONY JOSHUA and Daniel Dubois are set to clash for the British record-breaking world title.
Joshua will challenge for Dubois’ IBF belt on September 21 at Wembley Stadium.
Tyson Fury broke the British attendance record in April 2023 when 94,000 turned up at Wembley to see him beat Dillian Whyte.
But promoters are hoping that more than 100,000 people will turn up to watch AJ’s homecoming bout with Triple D.
Warren said talkSPORT“Oh, it’s huge. I mean, we will be applying for a capacity increase, like we did last time Tyson Fury fought against Dillian Whyte.
“And I think we’ve achieved that, I think we’ll possibly break that record. So it feels really good.”
Packed stadiums are nothing new for Joshua, 34, with more than 90,000 watching him at Wembley in 2017 when he defeated Wladimir Klitschko.
He has also drawn 75,000 spectators to Cardiff’s Principality Stadium and 62,000 to Tottenham Hotspur.
But his last two fights were in Saudi Arabia, scoring knockout wins over Otto Wallin and former UFC champion Francis Ngannou.

Since then, Fury has lost to Oleksandr Usyk, who has been crowned the undisputed champion.

But for the rematch scheduled for Dec. 21, Usyk had to vacate the IBF belt.
Dubois, 26, was promoted from interim champion after his win over Filip Hrgovic.
And, with a win over Jarrell Miller before that, trainer Don Charles and promoter Warren are full of confidence.
Warren said: “A lot of people are making A.J. the favorite, and they’re saying A.J. is a big puncher and so on, and I hope he comes out and fights, because if he lets those big punches go, I know he’ll get exposed.
“If Daniel clips him, he’ll be knocked unconscious. I think Daniel is a bigger puncher.
“Daniel, me and Don have talked about this a lot and we think it’s a battle of jabs and I think whoever is throwing the jabs and feeling comfortable is going to land the big shots and let them go.
“But I really think Daniel can win this fight, he’s a young fighter, he’s fought better opponents than AJ in his last three fights.
“And by the way, AJ has done well in his last few fights, but not against as good an opponent as Daniel.

“Daniel has dealt with them and stopped them and there have been moments in matches when he has gotten stuck.
“Certainly in the early stages of the fight with Hrgović, but he did a good job on that.”
