Angel Ayora (overall – 15) wins with authority on his Challenge Tour debut. At the age of 19, the Cadiz native has won the Rosa Challenge Tour in Poland, maintaining his lead with his head held high at all times on Sunday, a feat he will remember for the rest of his life.
Ayora started the day with a two-shot lead over Swede Jens Farbring and Italian Gregorio De Leo.. Rather than succumb to the pressure, the former Bloom National School golfer made four birdies in the first ten holes to extend his advantage and try for a calm finish, if that’s possible when your first professional win is at stake.
His three bogeys on the day’s final stretch for the final par almost didn’t bother him; He finished three shots ahead of Englishman Dermot McIlroy.

A flawless tournament
