ANTHONY JOSHUA may be heavyweight world champion again on Sunday – but he’ll still have to do the washing up and ironing.
AJ will challenge for Daniel Dubois’ IBF belt, with a record 96,000 spectators expected to sell out at Wembley Stadium.
That would put him in an exclusive heavyweight club with Muhammad Ali, Evander Holyfield, Lennox Lewis and Vitali Klitschko as three-time champions.
But Joshua said: “Do you know what’s crazy is, when you wake up on a Sunday morning the situation is still the same.
“Your bills still come out of your account, you have to do your laundry, it’s all the same.
“When I was in Saudi Arabia at Airbnb, I was just ironing and washing clothes there after the fight with Francis Ngannou. It’s crazy.”
“The only difference is that losing hurts. It takes a few weeks to get over it, but time is the best healer.”
“When you win, you are very excited and you want to experience it. When you lose, you get depressed and it takes time to find balance.
“After the fight with Ngannou everything was good, you ride that wave and hopefully we can do the same on Saturday.”
Joshua first won gold by beating Charles Martin in 2016, before challenging Dubois for the same red belt eight years later.

He then unified the WBA and WBO belts, but lost them to Andy Ruiz Jr. in a stunning upset in 2019.
This paved the way for a heroic rematch win six months later, but Joshua again lost the titles to 37-year-old Oleksandr Usyk, this time failing to win them back in the rematch.
AJ has won four in a row since then and is going into the bout with the 27-year-old Dubois as confident as ever.
He added: “Of course he’s dangerous, but let me tell you that’s the thing about fighting; it takes more than just being strong to be a champion and a complete warrior.
I truly believe, based on what I have studied, read, and what the greats who came before me have said, that it takes more than just having a physical specimen.
“It’s a good trait to have, but when you meet someone who is willing to take it from you, you’ve given them your best effort and they’re able to take it, then you know what it takes to be a champion.

“That’s what I’ve done. I’ve gone to the well. That’s fighting someone who’s willing to die there — who’s willing to give it his all to win.”
