David Haye has not ruled out a return to boxing half a decade after his last fight.
The former cruiserweight and heavyweight champion suffered back-to-back losses to Tony Belle before retiring.

Haye suffered a horrific ankle injury in his first fight in 2017 but was forced to pull out of a rematch a year later.
The British veteran returned in 2021 for an exhibition bout against his friend and former boxer Joe Fournier.
Now Haye is not ruling out the possibility of a genuine comeback – provided his weakened body is up for it.

“If I can get my lower legs to do what I know they can do, which they probably haven’t been able to do since 2016.
“If my lower legs can do the things I need them to do, I can beat a lot of guys in the heavyweight division.”

Haye said: “I’m not stupid enough to think after all these years that if I jumped in against Anthony Joshua or any of them I’d get crushed.
“But if I can attend training camps – I’m 100 per cent serious – if I can do that, and that’s a hypothetical.
“If I could go to training camps, I can’t fight 12 rounds because right now it’s physically impossible, my body would break down.
“But I can organize a camp for a six-rounder or an eight-rounder for a certain type of opponent.”
Haye has taken up punditry and commentary work since retiring.
At the same time, his personal life has also been in the headlines due to his various relationships with his girlfriend Sian Osbourne.
