16 races in 10 cities!
The 11th Formula E season started on Saturday. Unlike Formula 1, Formula E holds its races largely on street circuits in city centres. The program should be presented in front of the audience. It starts with the E-Prix in Sao Paulo/Brazil – finishing in London (see race calendar).
“Double-headers” operate in selected cities including Berlin, London and Monaco. This means: two full runs are completed on two consecutive days.

This is the Formula E racing calendar:
São Paulo, Brazil)
For the first time, Brazil will host the opening ceremony of the Formula E season. Anhembi Sambadrome is one such venue Sao PauloHome of the world famous carnival.
Mexico City, Mexico)
The Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez is one of the most popular and well-attended races on the Formula E calendar. This route has been there since 2016.
The Formula E straight starts at the traditional start/finish and completes a shorter version of the route.
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)
The first double-header of the season will take place on a new track in Jeddah on its seventh visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The 2025 Jeddah E-Prix will be held on a modified version of the Corniche short circuit on the coast of the Red Sea. The first race in Saudi Arabia took place in the 5th season – Diriyah has since hosted six times.
Miami (USA)
Miami is back on the Formula E calendar – at Homestead Miami Speedway.
During Formula E’s last visit to Miami, Andretti shared the podium with Scott Speed, who remains the only American driver to finish in the top three in Formula E.
monaco
The historic Circuit de Monaco runs along the streets of Monte-Carlo. It is home to some of motorsport’s most famous corners, such as La Rascasse, Casino Square and the Grand Hotel Hairpin.
tokyo
Tokyo is there for the second time – and this time as a double-header. The challenging 2.582 km long, 18-turn road course circles the Tokyo International Exhibition Center – Japan’s largest venue.
shanghai
The Shanghai International Circuit was designed by renowned designer Hermann Tilke. He is responsible for some of the most famous racetracks in motorsport! The course offers a challenging combination of high-speed straights and tight corners.
jakarta
After the season break, Jakarta is back again. The races are in demand in the Indonesian capital – and the show attracts many spectators to the track.
berlin
berlin Is the only city that has been host since the first season.
The track at the historic Tempelhof Airport consists of repeating concrete slabs designed for aircraft. Energy management, tire wear and hot temperatures await the teams.
London
There will be a weekend with two races in London at the end of the season. In many seasons the championship was decided in the last race!
