Golf star Matt Kuchar bizarrely refused to continue playing during the final hole of the Wyndham Championship.
The tournament hasn’t ended yet, but Aaron Roy has won it.
Kuchar, who is currently tied for 12th, surprised fans and pundits as he decided to stay in North Carolina for another day.
The American world number 94 was in the final trio to take to the course yesterday along with Max Gressman and Chad Ramey.
With daylight quickly fading, Kuchar raced to the final hole and hit a quick shot.
His shot went into the rough and then he suddenly changed his mind and announced he would come back the next day to complete his round.
The horn was not blown for darkness, but instead official Orlando Pope reportedly spoke to the players.
Kuchar was heard asking, “Has the horn been blown, in theory?”
Both Graesserman and Remy decided to finish the course and, like Kuchar, not return on Monday morning.

Even veteran commentator Jim Nantz was left surprised by the 46-year-old’s decision.

“The tournament is over, but it’s not. It’s very strange,” he said.
“Kutcher said that in theory the bugle had been sounded and Officer Ken Tackett told him that yes, and that he had the authority to make that decision.
“He’ll be here tomorrow and I don’t think there’ll be anybody here to see him.
“I don’t expect we’ll be able to give you that coverage tomorrow.
“It’s an interesting decision – he won’t be able to make the play-offs.”
Explaining his decision, Kuchar claimed he was trying to help Gresserman, even though eventual winner Rai had birdied the final hole in front of him to take a two-shot lead.
Kuchar said: “I was trying to set an example for Max. We were way past the point when we should have stopped playing. He should have blown up the (16th) hole there.”
“I feel bad, the poor guy should have won this tournament. Me not playing might have let Max know he had to play an important shot.”

Pundits were left baffled, with Brandel Chamblee asking: “Why did he only take the shot in the 18th minute?”
And Paige McKenzie responded: “Max can make his own decision. To say I wanted to influence this other player in his decision-making – that’s a bizarre statement.”
