Jonny Fisher’s family have gone from selling meat from a van in Essex to becoming global social media superstars.

During the height of the epidemic, Fishers was in dire straits.

His excellent cheese business had lost all its customers.

This resulted in them going door-to-door trying to sell steaks and joints.

But Johnny Jr’s heavy hands and Big John’s huge appetite and trademark ‘Boosh’ catchphrase have since won them over a million followers.

And as a result, VIP tours were conducted to Australia and Las Vegas, where the most popular restaurants were tasted and reviewed.

Ahead of Saturday night’s shootout with Alen Babic, 25-year-old Southern Region champion Johnny Jr. explained how his team’s popularity has struck a household name: “What we’ve established is a dream.

“Three or four years ago my business was in a lot of trouble, all our customers and all the restaurants closed.

“We were selling cheese to restaurants and kitchens and suddenly that stopped and we had to go door-to-door with a van and sell meat to people’s doors.

“We just had to make money, we weren’t making a penny’s profit, we just wanted to get on with our business.”

“My dad has helped more than enough in selling tickets.

“The way he has become a celebrity is a huge help,” he added.

“But it was great before when I was selling tickets in 2021 at venues like Ally Pally and the O2.

“Big John has only added to that, and long may that continue.”

These days the Bosh Army numbers more than 2,000, and despite single-handedly selling out tickets at major venues, Johnny’s Jr. refuses to lose his shine.

In a sport where everyone touts their own accolades and promises to make the planet happy, Fisher is proud of where he’s brought his family and honest about where it all could end up.

He’s gone 11-0 thanks to his amazing power – with only one win – but boxing trolls keep trying to remind him that the sport isn’t a popularity contest.

The University of Exeter history graduate asked: “What’s the point of giving all this to Billy Big B******?”

“I’m just rowing with another person right now and let’s see who wins.”

“No matter what I do, people will reject me, it doesn’t matter.

“If I knock someone out in one round I’m worthless, if it goes to points I’m worthless.

“The most important thing to me is providing for my family and doing my job.

“If it ends up with the world title, the British title or Saturday night, one thing’s for sure, I’m not going down without a fight.”
