The Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul fight could be cancelled at the last minute due to medical tests being carried out on the eve of the bout.
The pair are set to compete on November 15 in an event broadcast by Netflix.
Tyson, 58, was scheduled to face Paul in July but was unable to train because of an ulcer problem.
The former heavyweight boxer fell ill during a flight earlier this year and has struggled with other health issues, including sciatica.
According to the report, Paul Tyson will undergo a medical test a day before the fight to find out whether he is fit enough to enter the ring or not. World Boxing News,
This means the fight is likely to be cancelled, as Texas licensing regulators could declare the bout unsafe.
Alternatively, the bout could be converted into a display contest to reduce the risk of heavy damage to the combatants.

But Paul is not worried about Tyson’s health problems and revealed there is no replacement for him if he pulls out.
The 27-year-old problem boy said: “I have no worries.
“He’s doing great. He’s very healthy backstage and feeling great.”

“So that’s what we’re focusing on and there’s no back-up available at the moment.”
Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou has also expressed confidence in Tyson, predicting that he will win.
Ngannou said: “I’ve seen Tyson walk around showing me things and I said, ‘Calm down.’ He’s still capable…”
“Either way I think Mike Tyson will beat you. We’re talking about Mike, brother. Mike is something different, he’s a specimen.”
