And Spiranac is inviting her followers to join her on Passes, where membership fees range from £4 to £80 a month.
She announced the news on Instagram with some uniquely sensuous photos.
Spiranac wrote: “Very exciting news I’m finally able to share!
“After a lot of hard work I am happy to announce that I have joined Passes.com!
“As many of you know I had my own membership site called OnlyPaige but I wanted to add more features to enhance the user experience and found that Passes had everything I wanted and more.
“It’s bigger and better than anything I’ve done before! You have access to never before seen photos and videos, you can talk to me directly in DMs, live stream anytime/anywhere, and so much more!”

Spiranac has hinted that she may take part in the famous annual Nathan’s Hot Dog eating contest.

The event suffered a setback with the news that 16-time champion and competitive eating legend Joey Chestnut would not be attending.
Organisers objected to the fact that Chestnut, 40, had signed a deal with Impossible Foods.
But Spiranac, 31, hinted she could increase her Instagram follower count to 4 million.
“I’m so excited for you to see all the 4th of July goodies and a surprise,” he wrote on Stories alongside a photo of himself in front of a plate of wieners.
