Jake Paul shows off his arm strengthening exercise using a bucket of rice ahead of his fight with Mike Tyson.
The YouTuber turned boxer will face the legendary boxer in Texas on November 15, in which a controversy has arisen over the age difference.
Paul has begun training for the fight and is using the old method of soaking his hands in rice.
This strange trick is used to strengthen the arm muscles of fighters.
Paul’s boxing career is 10-1, and in 2023 he suffered a loss to Tyson Fury’s brother, 25-year-old Tommy, which tarnished his record.
Meanwhile, Tyson, 58, retired in 2005 after two disappointing losses and years of struggles outside the ring.
But by 2020, his life changed when he returned for an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr., which was nothing more than a glorified sparring session.

However, his fight with the 27-year-old Paul is a professionally sanctioned bout, with several records at stake.
Both will be drug tested, while Tyson will also undergo heart and brain checks due to his age.
He was forced to withdraw from an initial date of July 20 because of a stomach ulcer.

But Tyson has insisted he is medically fit to take part in the first-ever live boxing bout on Netflix.
WWE legend Hulk Hogan got a glimpse of Paul during training and expressed his concern for his close friend Tyson.
“Brother, your brother is very strong. He’s very strong,” he told Logan Paul.
“Last night, as soon as I saw him get ready to throw the ball from the left, he was constantly throwing overhand from the right, I thought, ‘Oh my God, he’s going to kill somebody.’
“No, I mean really. It was scary. I love Mike so much, I don’t want him to kill Mike, Jesus.”
