Eddie Hearn was involved in a heated on-stage confrontation with a rival boxing promoter ahead of the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois fight.
Hearn, who promotes Matchroom Boxing, was seen on stage next to boxer promoter Ben Shalom, who is promoting Tyler Denny, who is fighting on the undercard.
The pair shared center stage at the AJ vs. Dubois undercard press conference on Thursday night.
However, videos shared on social media related to the incident show Hearn and Shalom engaging in a heated exchange with each other.
And Shalom has claimed Hearn threatened to “kill” him.
“He said he would knock me unconscious. I thought he wasn’t nervous,” Shalom told IFL TV afterwards.
“During the fight with Joshua Buatsi I joked, ‘I didn’t know it was your fight.’
“It was a joke, really. But yeah, he wasn’t very happy…
“It was interesting to have a man who was about 50 years older threaten to beat me to death.”
But Hearn, 45, insisted he made the comment in jest.

he told Boxing Social: “It was actually a joke. He asked, ‘What are you doing in this picture?’ I said, ‘I’m going to knock you unconscious.’
“I felt really bad because he was frozen like a ghost and now he is doing all this Interview He said he has been threatened…
“He said he was joking, I was joking too. I spoke to Lost and Found and asked them to let us know if anyone found his stuff.”
The main event begins tonight at Wembley, with the ring walk expected to take place at around 11pm.
Joshua vs Dubois fight predictions
This weekend will see one of the greatest British battles ever staged at Wembley.
But who will emerge victorious under the leadership of this famous boxer? Some of boxing’s biggest names have had their say…
Oleksandr Usyk“My favourite is Anthony Joshua, but I’m really bad at making predictions. But I would predict Anthony Joshua.”
Dillian Whyte“I think it’s one of those fights where it’s really a 50/50 fight in my opinion.”
Joe Joyce: “I was initially going with Joshua but I don’t know, Dubois is coming forward.”
Frazer Clarke“As powerful as Dubois is and as good a fighter as he’s becoming, I’d still have to go for Joshua.”
Francis Ngannou: “Even though Joshua lost twice against Usyk and Dubois fought Usyk and almost knocked him out and almost won, I would still give this award to Joshua.”
