Oleksandr Usyk revealed he was wearing a fake Rolex watch just days after defeating Tyson Fury for the second time.
Usyk, 37, defeated Fury, 36, on Saturday to retain the WBO, WBA and WBC championships in Saudi Arabia.
According to Pravda, the undefeated heavyweight earned a staggering $86 million (£69 million) after extending his winning streak to 23 fights.
However, the Ukrainian megastar is clearly not keen to spend his huge earnings on luxurious accessories.
And Usyk proved it by buying a fake Rolex on a beach in Turkey as he prepares for a blockbuster rematch with the Gipsy King.
He decided to go with the fake version because he knew no one would dare question the inauthenticity of the watch after he earned millions throughout his career by defeating fellow boxing stars like Anthony Joshua.
Usyk told United44: “I was a little boastful and showed the cameraman my watch. It’s a Chinese Rolex.
“I was in Türkiye for training and I saw people selling Rolexes on the beach.
“I thought if I bought it, no one would guess it was fake. So I bought it for $100 (£80).”
Fury, on the other hand, left Riyadh with an estimated $70 million (£56 million) following his defeat by unanimous decision.

The British megastar suffered his second defeat after Usyk ended his shocking undefeated streak in May.
However, the Ukrainian praised Fury after another fierce battle between them.
Usyk said: “I respect this guy a lot because I think he’s very tough, my opponent. Tyson Fury makes me stronger.”
“Tyson is a great opponent, big and tough. He’s a good guy. Tyson talks a lot. It’s just for show.
“I respect him a lot. Twenty-four rounds, now listen, it’s already history.”
