Royal Troon will host the 152nd Open Championship later this month, with big prize money on the line.
Golf’s biggest stars will head to South Ayrshire, Scotland, from July 18-21 to dethrone Brian Harman as Open champion.
The American won his first major title in 2023, finishing six shots ahead of Jason Day, Tom Kim, Jon Rahm and Sepp Straka at 13 under par.
However, world number one Scottie Scheffler is the favourite for this year’s event.
The two-time major winner has already secured six victories in 2024, including his second Masters win.
