Boxing fans were left confused when champion Daniel Dubois walked into the ring before Anthony Joshua.
AJ challenged for Dubois’ IBF heavyweight title in front of a British record crowd of 96,000 at Wembley Stadium.
But the defending champion entered the ring first – which isn’t traditionally the case.
Typically, the title holder comes in second, and the challenger comes in first.
But, Joshua’s A-side and bigger name gave him the advantage to go after Dubois, who had to wait in the ring.
This left some fans confused, as one said: “Why is Dubois coming into the ring first? He’s the champion. Usually the challenger comes in first?”
Another said: “Dubois had to walk first? Liberty!”
One questioned: “Isn’t Dubois the champion? Why is he coming in first?”
Another said: “The fact that Dubois is in first place is crazy, he’s the champion.
“When AJ is playing at full strength, his power is enormous in this division.”
