MIKE TYSON has admitted there is one unstoppable boxing star even he would be scared to fight.
Tyson lived up to his title of the baddest man on Earth well during his terrifying prime.
But the truth is that if David Benavidez were today’s super-middleweight boxer, he would have to be careful fighting him.
he told n news: “They’re very underrated, but here they’re very polarized.
“Listen, if I was in that division I would be scared to fight him. Nobody stands a chance against him, and I’m talking about facts.”
Benavidez, 27, was a two-time 168-pound champion but lost his belt in 2014. Losing weight and failing a drug test for cocaine use.
He then moved up to light-heavyweight and defeated 37-year-old Oleksandr Gvozdyk for the WBC interim title.
The incident comes after the 34-year-old’s failed attempt at a super-middleweight bout with Canelo Alvarez after the Mexican publicly demanded a whopping £160million.
Benavidez is renowned for his fast hand speed, knockout power, and massive physique.
Meanwhile, Tyson, 58, is set to face YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul, 27, in a controversial fight on November 15 in Texas.
